DJMS Summer Strength and Conditioning Program

Who: Any incoming 7th graders and returning 8th graders in the
Danny Jones attendance zone

What: Stretching, Agility Training, Conditioning, & Weight Lifting

Where: Lake Ridge Track / Fieldhouse
* Please drop-off and pick up by the track

When: Monday - Thursdays 7:30-9:00 A.M
June 10th through July 25th

Make sure you have:
1.Current Physical
2. Shorts, T-shirt, & Athletic shoes
3. A ride to and from Lake Ridge HS
4. Can bring water bottles or Gatorade

Cost: FREE

This is not a camp or a tryout. It is intended as a way for those enrolled in athletics to
start getting themselves in shape for the upcoming year. It also gives us a chance
to meet some of the athletes we will be working with.
